Q&A:

Are clients allowed to visit proposed properties?
-Yes, with permission from the landowner. Client must request a site visit; HWC rep will then contact landowner to arrange a site visit.

When does the lease start?
-The lease begins with the payment is received in full. Dates are outlined in the lease agreement.

Are leases allowed to be sub-leased?
-Depends on the landowner restrictions/ requirements. Specific details will be listed in the lease agreement.

Do I have the first right to renew?
-Yes, as long as HWC and landowner approve and payment is received 2 weeks prior to lease renewal.

Are food plots allowed to implement wildlife management plans?
-This is a case by case basis depending on pre-existing WMP’s in place as well as landowner stipulations.

If you are a landowner interested in leasing your land, Hacienda Wildlife Company offers fully insured property management services as well.

What are the benefits to leasing my land?
-Leasing your land puts money back into the landowners pocket each year.
-Hunters gain a proprietary interest in the land inclining them to maintain general maintenance upkeep, fences, water troughs, etc.

Q&A:

How does, and how often does the landowner get paid?
Once payment is received by the tenant, HWC will pay landowner in full. Payments are typically paid out on a yearly basis unless lease is seasonal.

If there are problems with one or multiple hunters, how is this handled?
-For any issues, please contact HWC to assess the situation. If the tenant is in violation of rules/ regulations, HWC will have the hunter removed from the lease with no refund. If no ethics or rules are broken, and landowner still demands for the hunter to be removed, a pro-rated refund is due to the hunter.
